Cerascreen Food Intolerance Test
Food intolerances are caused by eating certain foods such as wheat or dairy products which donít interact well with your body. They can lead to uncomfortable, but not life-threatening, symptoms such as bloating, tiredness, stomach pain and headaches. Food intolerances are much more common than food allergies and the two are often confused. Food intolerances can easily be managed by simply avoiding those foods which cause your intolerance which is why itís so important to take a food intolerance test.
There are limited methods of food intolerance testing you can choose if you are worried about an intolerance. To begin, you could try the elimination and challenge diet where you simply cut out certain foods from your diet to determine the source of your intolerance. If you choose this method, you should cut out only one foodstuff at a time for at least three weeks.
If you find that the elimination and challenge diet doesnít work for you, you can buy an intolerance finger prick test online. At TestDiagnostics, we offer an accurate test for food intolerances. The Cerascreen Food Intolerance Test will check for intolerances to the following foodstuffs:
- Fruit (strawberry, kiwi, banana, orange)
- Meat (beef, chicken, pork)
- Milk (cow, sheep, mare, goat)
- Grains with gluten (oat, barley, rye, spelt, kamut)
- Grains without gluten (quinoa, wild rice, amaranth, buckwheat)
- Hen egg
- Wheat flour
- Soy bean
